Service Request Process
Our goal is to resolve every request as efficiently as possible. A typical service request follows these steps:
Submit a Service Request
Create a new ticket by providing the product model, serial number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. The more information you provide, the faster our engineers can begin evaluating your case.
Technical Review
Our technical support team reviews the submitted information and may contact you if additional details or troubleshooting are required.
Solution Proposal
After evaluating the issue, we will recommend the most appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include troubleshooting instructions, replacement of specific components, repair authorization, or other corrective actions.
Shipping Arrangement
If replacement parts or products are required, our team will coordinate the shipping details with you. Products can be delivered either to your company or, where appropriate, directly to the end customer or installation site.Product Replacement or Repair
Replacement products or spare parts are dispatched according to the agreed shipping arrangement. If the original unit needs to be returned for inspection or repair, return shipping instructions will be provided together with the RMA authorization.Case Completion
Once the issue has been resolved and all required actions have been completed, the service request will be closed. You can review the complete history of the case at any time through your Service Portal account.
