Submit a Ticket
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please provide as much information as you can. A complete service request allows our technical team to begin troubleshooting immediately, reducing unnecessary follow-up questions and shortening the overall turnaround time.
Please include:
- Product model and serial number (required to verify warranty status and product history)
- A clear description of the issue, including when it occurs and how it can be reproduced
- Photos or videos that demonstrate the problem whenever possible
- Any troubleshooting steps already performed
- Additional relevant information, such as firmware version, system configuration, or installation details, if applicable
The more complete your submission, the faster we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation and be able to track its progress through the Service Portal.
